Apple Cinnamon Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients:
- 1/2 honey crisp apple
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt ( or yogurt of choice)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or other sweetener (ex: honey)
- 1/3 cup granola
Directions:
- In large bowl mix Greek yogurt and maple syrup until well mixed.
- Layer yogurt and parfait toppings in Mason jar or sealable container. Top with granola.
- Store in the refrigerator and eat within 1-2 days. You can wait to add the granola until the day of to prevent it from getting soggy. Should consume within 4 days of being prepped.
How to Prep for the week:
- Follow the recipe instructions four times to make four different containers filled with yogurt. (Refrain from adding in the granola from the recipe until the day you will eat it, this prevents the granola from getting soggy.)
- Once you have the four containers of yogurt you are all set for the week!
- You can even switch it up with different fruits and nut toppings.
- Maybe dazzle it up with some chia seeds or hemp seeds for more fiber and vitamins.

Banana bread
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- Organic Butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Large White Eggs
- 2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
How to Prep for the week:
- Slice the bread loaf into multiple slices.
- Add a slice to a Ziploc bag or container.
- Repeat until all of the bread is in separate containers.
- You now have prepared a snack for the week and are ready to go!
