Personal training can get expensive, especially on a college budget. That’s why the SRWC is launching their new low-cost personal training packages starting this spring semester!
One-On-One Sessions (Student/Non-Student)

- 3 Sessions - $102/$137
- 5 Sessions - $165/$218
- 10 Sessions - $310/$410
2 Buddy Sessions (Student/Non-Student)
- 1 Session - $46/$61)
- 3 Sessions - $132/$137
- 5 Sessions - $215/$268
- 10 Sessions - $410/$510
“You will never find prices this low at any other facility,” assured the interim director of the SRWC, Maureen MacRae. “Plus, we’re also giving away free in-body assessments with any training session package you get, even if it’s just one session!’
The personal training sessions are designed to help members at any and every age and skill level. Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, the SRWC’s diverse and skilled team of certified student trainers are available to help you reach your goals.
Want to work on something specific, like kettlebell-work or endurance training? All of the trainers are specialized in various areas that can be used to help tailor the personal training program to fit your fitness needs.
“We really hope that members, especially students, take advantage of our great staff and get the chance to learn these skills that can help them for the rest of their lives,” said MacRae.
Packages are offered in one, three, five and 10 sessions with one free in-body assessment included in each package. Students who would like to bring a friend along can also sign up for the buddy sessions with a slight increase in price.
