Are you tired of always doing the same thing at the gym? Or perhaps you’re new to the gym and have no idea where to start? No matter where you are in your fitness journey, you can be a part of the Be Fit Program and get a taste of a variety of fitness programs.
With activities ranging from rock climbing to boxing, power lifting to spin and foam rolling, you’ll have no problem finding your fitness niche. There will also be a session on post-workout nutrition. Participants that attend each of the classes will receive a ticket to enter a drawing for a prize at the end of the 8 weeks.
If you’re interested in more nutrition information, Beach Balance provides one-on-one nutrition counseling to help you reach your goals. Nutrition counseling will give you the tools to not only enhance your performance during workouts, but also in the classroom and your day-to-day activities as well.
The classes take place on Tuesdays from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., with the following programs on the respective days:
- March 1: Assessment & Orientation (Lisa & Jen)
- March 8: Assessment & Orientation (Lisa & Jen)
- March 15: Lifting 101 & Post Workout Nutrition Basics (Melissa & Julian)
- March 22: Spin 101 (Jen)
- April 5: Meditation (Ayla)
- April 12: Power Lifting & Olympic Lifting 101 (Mac)
- April 19: Foam Roll Basics (Jessica)
- April 26: Boxing 101 (Anthony)
