Rock and Outdoor Adventure and Climbing Wall Attendant Anna Carter encourages students to go for their overall well-being. “Meditation is a great way to relax your mind and body,” she said. “When I leave, I always feel recharged and peaceful. It is a wonderful way to start your week.”
